
Unwind.
During this 10 minute meditation you will be guided to release the stress from the week. This meditation can be done sitting on a cushion or chair, or laying down.
Create an intentional space where you can rest without distraction. You may choose to grab a blanket, eye pillow, light a candle, use an essential oil diffuser, etc, to make the space as conducive to your relaxation as possible.
There is no wrong way to do this practice.
All you need to do is close your eyes and listen.
