Welcome.

During this 20 minute experience you will be guided to your own inner sanctuary. It is recommended to lay down, however this can be done seated as well.

Create an intentional space where you can rest without distraction. You may choose to grab a blanket, eye pillow, light a candle, use an essential oil diffuser, etc, to make the space as conducive to your relaxation as possible.

There is no wrong way to do this practice. All you need to do is close your eyes and listen.
